Non Seasoned seller financed notes

I have a few non seasoned seller financed notes. These properties haven’t closed escrow yet, but will within this week and next. I typically deal with seasoned notes and am not sure how to proceed with these.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

 You will probable need to sit on these notes and let them season at least six months and preferable a year before you sell them in order to get the best money!
