Is there a way to find non-performing notes in a specific area from a lender?
I have had the best luck by just meeting with loan officers at the differant banks. They are generally tight lipped about any property details so I offer to sign a privacy agreement.
This works great with some banks, others won’t move away from their current process of moving these notes to an asset managment firm.
