Hello Everyone - I am brand new to the investing field and was wondering if anyone can give a few pointers on how to go about investing in a small non-performing note. What is the first step that I should take? What kind of deal or portfolio am I to look for? Is there a such thing as finding funding to invest in a non-performing note purchase?
