Always depends on the deal. Wholesale if there is Equity if not try to help the homeowner as much as you can. Be a problem solver…
Well, make sure you do not charge them for “helping them solve their problem.” If you want to help them, do it for free and don’t get tangled in legal issues.
It is either a deal or not. NODs could be turned into deals if short saled. I hate doing short sales, so I usually bird dog these deals to those who do and collect $250 to $500 per deal.
