I’m trying to find a title company in the Philadelphia area that will send me out a list of Notice of Defaults. I’ve tried a handful, and nobody really seems to know what I’m talking about. If anyone out there is around Philadelphia and can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. On top of that, I’m looking for the specific office at city hall that I can visit for recent lis pendens lists. I’m signed up to realtytrac right now, and like many others I’m a little disappointed with the service because of the delay updating.
