Does anyone know which online site has the best and most frequently updated notice of default info? I’ve heard that RealtyTrac is ok and forclosure.com is not bad. I know we can find NOD’s by scouring the local papers but sometimes it 's nice to have all that info on one neat and tidy page…not that we are lazy! Some websites are just to dated to be of any use. I am admittedly new and hope this question is fine to ask (too specific?). We are planning to join our local REI club on their next meeting day. I am sure we’ll get loads of great linfo but it is a couple weeks away and we are very determined to start researching now…Thanks!
