No realtor on A to B but lender is paying a commission...


I have negotiated a short sale and the lender is paying 6% commission. No agents were involved in the A to B side but 2 were involved in the B to C side so I will pay them their commission on the B to C HUD. I don’t want to lose that money so my question is - where does that amount go on the A to B HUD? What should on other short sales to keep this from happening again.

You will not be able to get it approved on the A-B HUD now. Assuming one of those realtors is your listing agent, next time leave them in place on the A-B transaction and maybe reduce their fee on the B-C side.
