No money, bad credit

I am new to real estate investing. I found a property i would like to buy, but I hve no money and bad credit. Should I use a Hard Money Lender to purchase the home for rehab or to flip to another investor to rehab? Or should I try to give the seller earnest money with a contratc to purchase the home in 3 months, then sell the contratc to another investor for a fee? Pls help me out

Welcome to REI. It is a noble and wonderful profession.

What is your intended outcome and goal for this property?

Are you trying to just cash out with it?

Can you provide the details on the property for a better answer?

Thanks and Lets Get it Doneā€¦

If its been on the market for a while, you could always option it.

I am trying to flip it to another investor. I have found like 3 vacant properties. let me know how should I proceed with these properties. I have the owner names and address. Should I home inspect the house to see how much repair work is needed? Do other investors require for me to have what its going to cost to rehab the property? Just need a help on getting the property under contract and how much earnest money should I put down.

Thanks I love this site
