"No Closing Cost" Lender

I’ve heard ads for a “no closing cost” financial company (no upfront costs and no costs rolled into the loan) and I am wondering if there are any others, or if I should trust them.

Does anybody have any experience using any of these companies? Please PM me references. I am looking to refinance a couple of properties.

they are getting the money somewhere, probable in the spread by charging you a higher interest rate,but I guarantee they aren’t just ‘eating’ the expenses to be nice

Yeah, and that’s kind of what I was trying to figure out. I was hoping to get somebody that has dealt with them.
