Forgive my ignorance. What is an NNC property?

Hi Rando,

          It is commercial property operating as a "Triple Net Property" the renter (Lease holder) pay's base rent along with paying property taxes, insurance and maintenance. It is the best situation for the owner as all expenses and maintenance is paid allowing any positive cash flow to be pocketed for income and reserves!
