Where do I find idle/distressed/abandoned commercial apts/shopping centers/land, etc. NJ/NY/PA only. I have rehabbers and financiers. Besides the listings with R/E.
Here in PA, finding land – distressed, abandoned or otherwise – is challenging and takes a lot of time & work. Some possible land sources (other than what’s in the MLS) include properties in the municipal subdivision/land development pipeline, properties near those properties, and properties identified in municipal Comprehensive Plans as being ripe for rezoning or in areas targeted for expansion.
