What is the best day to post a newspaper classified ad? Also, in what section would you post it for something such as, “I buy houses?”

That all depends on the circulation numbers on any given day; real estate tends to be a weekend obsession, so you can’t go wrong advertising Friday-Sunday (this is also when real estate advertising is at its peak, so make your ad stand out).
