Just wanted to introduce myself as a newbie. My name is Jason. I’m from Massachusetts but now live in Connecticut (Hartford area). I have been researching on this board for about two months now…definitely learned quite a bit in that short amount of time. I have also read a few RE books. I am currently in the final stages of obtaining my RE license in MA as well. I hope to be able to contribute info to the board wherever needed soon enough…

I am from Lowell, but I own a couple of properties in western Ma. (Gardner area). How did you like the springfield area?

Keith, technically I’m from Monson but since most people have never heard of the place I tend to say I’m from the “springfield area”…anyways…ive been to the Berkshires quite a few times. Nothing like the good old discount Sundays at Jiminy Peak…definitely a nice area in the quiet country side.
I did live in Springfield for about 8 years. There is alot of money to be made there in this business…especially if you know where to look…and where not to look…

Anyways…although I plan on making this place my home, especially while I’m learning the business…I must say …as a die hard Red Sox fan…don’t expect to hear from me this weekend…
