HELLO EVERYONE,
I am ready to start my real estate investing. What advice would anyone give about the strategy. My husband and I want several rental property, but we also would like to retail. There are alot of rehab homes in my area in NC. SInce we are closing on our own home in July, i wanted to get started right after.
What type of financing can I obtain, just acquiring a new home, and what strategy is most expedient.

So many questions, so many possibilities. If you don’t own the property you live in, buy one. You must own your own home. That experience alone will teach you a lot in the process. Unless you have the recourses to rehab i.e.; contractors, carpentry skills, you might want to start with a rental. Rental tend not to be so overwhelming.
