Hello all, I am new to this and haven’t made my my first deal yet. I am so eager and excited to get started, but I was just curious if anyone around central IL was doing this too. I have been kind of dragging my feet I guess just out of fear of failing, but since I have been reading many of these posts, I am finding myself with the I CAN DO THIS attitude again. Just wanted to say thanks for all those who post such positive comments to keep those like me who have put off making money just out of fear of the unknown. Hopefully after I make a few deals, I too can post on here and help out other feet draggers to help them better their financial situations as well!
