Hello, im new at this, im a licensed Realtor, Now selling cars due to the lack of buyers who want to buy retail,(Maeket Value), I want to get back into Real Estate as a Wholesaler, Hoping to earn a living, I dont care to make a fortune, I just want to earn a living, I understand the process of assigning contract, and A to B, B to C. My question is, Do Investors really buy the Assignment contract for 60% ARV? What is the real Number? A Seller has to be insanely motivated to sell at 30% ARV. especially in my market. southeastern pennsylvania. Please Help.
yes what your concerned about is possibly and happen’s everyday in the wholesaling world my first deal was pretty much that very thing i had a woman who’s father passed and left her the house and she basically didnt want it cause she had her own so she gave it to me at very good discount because she made a little money and she didnt want the headache of managing two houses… pretty much the wholesaling game is about providing solution to peoples house problems(exp)— retiring landlords, back taxes, inheiritances, etc… as long as your have buyers lined up just go after what there looking for “leveraging other peoples money” :beer
