Hello, everyone frist off I’d like to say that I love this site and have been reading alot of very useful information.
My questions is to investors who are familiar with FL. I know the market has been crazy here for some time now but I have not had the money to invest till now. I have about 100k(business really picked up) and would like to know what areas in FL are still Boooming. I want to be smart with my money and not just jump on the frist property I see.
Or should I learn the forclosure market and wait for overpriced properties to dip and pick them up then…I f it even ever happens??
Again Im new to this but a quick learner especially to anything that involves money.
