The properties listed at http://www.foreclosure.com/ under the foreclosure tab is property owned by the bank right? SO the people to contact are from the bank, not the owner? (Maybe not bank, but who ever the mortgage is from)

Actually, “the Lender” would be more correct.

For my area, I’m seeing VA, HUD, etc. on the list too (as discussed MANY MANY times, most of these listings are dated/stale!). The Lender may not speak to you directly if they have listed it thru a Realtor.

This site and ReatyTrac cannot be trusted for accurate, timely listings.

Foreclosure.com has got to be one of the most misleading sites on the internet. It should be called reo.com.
