Hello Everyone,
I just got across this forum and I think is FANTASTIC!! Reading the postings I happen to think that I’ve been missing out in lots of opportunities. Here is my situation:
I’m currently negotiating like around 15 short sales for RE Agents(I’m in California), I have 6 of them that are already approved by the lender all with buyers, in 4 of them I have received offers above the amount that the lender wants to net, after paying RE commissions an closing cost, there is money left over. My question to you is: there is anything I can do to put this $$ in my pocket? How can I get around it?
Now I’ve also been reading about the double closing, but I’m very confuse about the funding of the loan, do I have to use my own funds or can I close the deal with the buyer that I alreay have in line to purchase the property?
I ask all the GURUS to help me out with this, like I’ve said before I feel that I’ve been missing out in lots of opportunities, the SS negotiation is no really the problem, I think I already have that under my belt. The question now is, how can I make it more profitable. I will really appreciate all your input. Thanks
