Hi! Newbie from LA Area. Some people gave me advise that Wholesaling is very competitive and better to be a Flipper. In your opinion which is better Wholesaler or Flipper/Rehabber? Please advise. Thanks
it all depends on resources and money it varies from person to person…
Do you have the money to buy and rehab houses?? or atleast the credit to access money from a lender?
Do you know contractors to help you rehab the homes? do you know how to calculate repair costs?
If your answer is no to these questions then your better off wholesaling to understand what im talking about.
