I found a few foreclosure properties in Port St. Lucie at a great price compared to the potential value with a great return. I am thinking of asking one of the owners at the golf course to help with the full finance, while my brother and I and a friend of ours help with the repairs and clean up for the sale. If anyone has any suggestions for us please help. Thanks
