Newbie in Real Estate Wholesaling

Hi,

I am about to purchase Eric Medemar’s wholesaling course, but before I do need a little advice. I live in San Francisco the Bay Area is it viable to find and close wholesaling deals here in the Bay Area.

Thanks in Advance.

Scotth

Good to meet you

I am a California Investor and have helped investors in the Bay flip houses so I guess the answer is yes.

Good Luck

Michael

Thanks Mike,

Not to familiar just yet on how this all goes down. I was wondering how much it matters trying do wholesaling in the Bay Area where prices for homes are high, but some real good deals for buyers.

Here’s the thing…

As a wholesaler in 90% of cases your simply looking to place yourself between house hungry buyers that want to save money and sellers that want to sell at a discount.

So if there’s buyers buying and sellers selling then there’s room for you.

and Heck…Michaels got students there…That’s pretty hard to beat from a PROOF standpoint.

Hi Eric,

Thanks for your reply, looking forward to digging into your wholesaling course. I feel real good and excited for the endless possibilities!

With the right ROAD MAP and Taking Massive ACTION all is possible!

The nice thing about the Bay area is the fact that the values are so large… BTW why are you wholesaling?

Michael

I am new to this, it seems wholesaling is the best place for me to start with very little risk and up front capital.

Actually it is the most expensive method of investing… Heck give me a couple hours and I will show you the Green side…

Hi Mike,

Little confused, from what I have read on wholesaling that you can start without capital or any credit ect. Can you explain where the expensive part of wholesaling is?

Thanks,

ScottH

the 90% your giving away because you don’t know how to buy without cash or credit… That is extremely expensive… The reason people tell you to wholesale is because it sounds so friggin easy… Finding a good deal is the hard part… Doing the deal is the easy part…

If the deal is worth doing you should do it yourself… There are only three areas of this business to master

Lead Generation
Lead Capture
Lead fulfillment

Good luck

Michael

Most definitely finding the good deals is the hard part. Its also more like have a tremendous amount of patience. If I get another call from a frustrated landlord that wants to sell me their over leverage property, I’m going to freakin scream!! :banghead Even with that said, a lady called me yesterday, I wish I could clone this deal a hundred times a year. She paid all cash for the property she was going to rehab and sell it, but her husband just got laid off and they need the cash.
