Looking for advise on deal. Properties are between $105 and $125K. The deal we are looking at now is valued at $105K, offer accepted for $73K. It is long term tenant occupied and tenant is very interested in staying. Has much vested in property. Property needs no rehab. Nice, brick row home in old South Jersey neighborhood. Looking for as close to 100% financing as I can get. Would like to draw equity out of this property to move forward on some of the others sitting vacant that can be picked up very inexpensively.
