Hello, I’m newbie from LA county. Any recommendation for Investor friendly Title Company and or RE Atty in LA area. Also which one is better in your opinion WHOLESALER or FLIPPER/Rehabber? Please advise.
Hopefully you will never need a real estate attorney! With that said most Los Angeles area title companies are investor friendly and most offer a special investor rate for closings.
Wholesaling and rehabbing are both good choices in southern California, do both!
