I live in the Bronx as well. I started about 3 months ago. My current situation is fishy on cash and transportation. But I have come to know the RE arena pretty well thus far. You are welcome to contact me and I’ll tell you what I know. It never hurts discussing about RE I learn more like that.

Lots of new investors but also some very experienced one’s. I have not been to a meeting yet, as I am in Buffalo but do business (insurance) for the members who do invest in the western side of the state.
