New Years: Goals for 2010?!?

Hey everybody, 2009 is now over! How would you say 2009 went for you? Any goals for 2010?!?!?

I graduated Highschool, and began college. Aside from that, not much here. No deals made, no money stories to share.

Any goals for 2010 that you would like to accomplish?

For me, 2010 should be one of the biggest years of my life. I have several goals that I want to meet at the end of 2010.

  1. Im halfway done with my Nursing School. I would like to finish. (in August)
  2. Relocate from this crappy small Indiana town to somewhere nice (Florida, Texas, Arizona)
  3. Work and save reallly hard. I would like to have 10k by the end of the year.
  4. Begin to have a lead for a deal by the end of 2011.

Hows my goals look? Anything I should change/add to my list?

Anybody care to share any of their goals?

I have no debt. (If thats what you mean). Why you ask?

no debt? that’s great.

your goals are really good.

I would add one more…

join something like MarketClub…

this is rule based system trading.

for the first 6 months of membership I would just study all that they have to offer.

why a 5th goal like this?

with monetization of our national debt…you will get much better appreciation in stocks and commodities than strictly a cash position.

Case in point…look what oil has done this past year…see USO.

also…

don’t just consider long positions…shorting gold…or anything else…is just as valid after it’s had a good run.

just be concerned with riding the wave…piggybacking it.

you should factor that easily 35% of trades will fail…so you have to have stop loss rules.
