Hello, everyone. Im new to the wholesaling and I’m getting ready to make my first deal. Im a bit puzzled though on how to finish up the deal though. I’m trying to flip a real estate owned property to one of my investors and still make some money of the deal. What is the best way to do this deal? The house is a 4 family unit and they are asking 65k for it. Comps in the area run between 150-230k. This will be a total rehab so I just want to know how to make my money without putting any money down or do I have to put money down because Im dealing with a Real Estate owned property?
