Nothing draws attention like an auction. Take a property and sell it via an on-line auction. In the process you will be able to add a lot of rehabbers to your list.

I am in San Antonio as well.

You have more than one option, you could join SAREIA but it would cost $150. It has about 600 member investors.

You can call the “We buy houses” ads in the newspaper and start networking with other investors, although most of them would be wholesaling as well.

You can run an ad in San Antonio Express News over the weekend that states “Looking for landlords” or “Handyman specials” or “Looking for investors” or “Rehabers needed”

I am very interested, but I won’t be back to the U.S. until thursday. just found out that I did not receive a return ticket, so if they do not have ticketless travel, might be longer :slight_smile:
