I really need to find some buyers before I make any deals. Does anyone have any suggestions? (Other the investment clubs)
Put an ad in the paper, call an ad in the paper, craigslist.com, make friends with a title company and find out who’s buying what, Put up signs around town, call we buy houses signs, talk to everybody you know about what you do. Just a few off the top of my head.
