I’m new to wholesailing, but I have yet to build an adequate buyers list. I have searched for REI Clubs in my area but the closest one is in
Austin. Does anybody know of a local group?

No idea about El Paso. I know there are many investors there though. I would run an ad in the sunday newspaper. Something along the lines “Handyman Specials” or “Looking for landlords” and you should get some calls from investors.
