Hello Everyone!
My name is Madeline and I am very new to real estate investment. My husband and I just went to a seminar on how to invest through wholesaling and rehabbing. Unfortunately the price for their program is way beyond what we can afford and our best bet to gain money is by wholesaling. We can not afford to put large amounts of money on properties.
We did get access to some training for wholesale videos but its not step by step. We don’t want to look like idiots trying to make deals and not know how to talk to the investors and such. We are both really committed to doing this but need a little guidance. My husband and I are web and computer savvy, I am a web designer and my husband is also a computer geek. After the seminar and knowing the potential to become successful we are ready to put in the work.
Can anyone give us some guidance on how to go about this? Thank you.
