New to Investing in NC.

Hello,

I am a programmer/developer in Durham, NC and looking at getting into Rehab/Wholesale properties. I have zero contacts right now, other than my uncle who rehabs properties as a side job in Charlotte, NC.

I am just really looking for someone to help me start out or even point me in the right direction or maybe even a smaller deal than they were looking for. If possible I would like to follow someone as they go through the process so i can see what really goes on.

Maybe someone here knows someone in Raleigh that could help me out.

I would be looking for properties in Raleigh, NC.

NC is good state to invest in. I think NC, SC & CO are the best area right now
