I have Carlton’s program from many a few years ago, I have started listening to it. Will his advice from this program still help me today or is it out dated? And has someone made money from this program? And how long did it take for you to feel comfortable using it? Jacque1 newbie
From what I read, the seasoned investors still recommend it since most of it is still useful.
I have the 2006 version. I bought it on ebay for $40. They have more. I assume there isn’t much difference but if you can an updated one for cheap, go for it. I think some of the creative financing ideas may start to gain in popularity with some people credit/money issues. It’s a decent course but you should use it as only one of your resources. There are other good books out there and this site is extremely helpful. Good luck.
