First of all, thank for allowing me to be a part of this forum and I hope to make this a part of my community as I develop my skills. I am very new bird dog out of he Chicago land area and have literally just started doing this full time and have no resources that I know of to help me do what I do just better. The more vacant houses with lock boxes found the more I get paid. That is all I have been told and know as I am very very new to this all and I do not want to get screwed over either. I found two today abandoned homes in the rich burbs and no foresale sign and a lock box on the door. I don’t know what I am looking fo besides that and im sure I will get better over time. If anyone has any tips… warnings… or suggestions on being a good bird dog and what to look for then I would be gratefully in debt and most appreciative. Thank you for your time. Josh S.
