I am fairly new in Real Estate, just started last year. Was curious if anyone had any good ideas on how to jumpstart my business. My broker says I’m doing great already but I am ready for more.
I have already had 6 listings and sold 3 homes for buyers and 1 rental. And I have only been active since just before Halloween. Christmas time here was just dead too!
Would like any input of any ads or marketing campaigns that have worked well for others. Any offers that have pulled in more leads? I was thinking about the vacations offered with settlements. Anyone tried them? They are always advertised in the back of my Realtor magazine. I am a big vacation and beach girl and it would be a good match for me and how I do business. I am very laid back and my philosophy is “I work hard so I can play hard”.
