For those of you waiting to create the new restricted LLC, the NV SOS has indicated it doesn’t know when the new form will be available online. It recommends noting the filing is a restricted entity in large letters on the cover sheet and note the restriction
on the attachment to the Articles of Organization or Certificate of LP.
