Hey all. I’m wholesaling and got my first w.sale deal by bandit signs just recently. Not bad results, but not the best. I want to maximize my lead potential and heard through the grapevine about a mail circular technique. Has anyone heard about this and may have a sample letter that I may use? Thanks very much!!
