I need some sample forms so i can print them off and have my new renters sign them… They are paying 600 a month rent and 550 depost… and I have decided to charge 200 for a pet deposit on one house dog…

You should be able to join the National Apartment Association and get standardized forms.

They also have attorneys that can answer questions should you need advice with a situation.
They charge an annual fee, or you can just buy the forms. It’s worth it in my opinion, because there are instructions for every form, and they are updated, so that you are compliant with changes in the law.
The forms at block and mortar office stores are not very good, in my opinion.

office depot has the forms as well i think it’s like 5 bucks
