I am a new investor and I would like to know if anyone out there can give me some insight to investing within the 5 boros of NYC using Peter Conti and David Finkels’ ideas as they lay them out in their Cash Flow Series of books. you really need money to go into these areas, or you’ve got to know people with money who will be willing to back you.
