I have about 200,000 that I would like to use to invest in real estate. I have been told that my smartest move would be to purchase a multi unit residential property. ( anywhere from 6-12 units). I live in San Diego. I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice, or alternative suggestions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
