Hello, I am a new investor. My husband and I would like to purchase a short sale home and flip the home. Should we LLC? I am a realtor and own my own LLC company in my name. Should we use the real estate company for our home investments? Should we get a LLC in another name? Any thoughts would be great.
If you are own a successful real estate brokerage, I would definitely start a separate LLC for your flipping business for liability reasons.
