Hello, I am a new investor that is looking for properties to flip. I would like to know where I can find so good information that is not some half-baked Real Estate seminar that is mostly vague “fluff”. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make it in the Investor world.I want to do it the right way and realize that success is a team sport. Can anyone give me some advice to finding an Investing “Mentor” so to speak or at least point me in the right direction…or advice on areas to avoid. I am willing to take a smaller percentage of the flip and will put up my own money for the experience. Thanks in advance…
