I have been interested in learning about investing in real estate for a long time now. I have been applying all my free time for the last 2 months to doing market research and evaluating investments. Can anyone please give me some advice with purchasing my first property. I haven’t yet decided if I should start with Seller Financing or look more into the Tax deed sales.

- What is your cash & credit score situation?
- Where do you live.
- What is your investing experience/ education.
- What type of invesing interests you?
At this point, I can only suggest you invest in education before you invest in anything else.
