well I just started. I am trying to start off being a wholesaler. Could gibe me some tips. I have about 4 investors that I can flip properties to right now. Now I am trying to find a good contract to use for the seller and for the investor i am going to flip the property to. Also should I run a title search on the property before i try to sell it to the rehab investor? How much EM should I give the seller to take control of the property?
