Just moved from GA.

Great site. Alot of Info.

I want to get in to REI. Short sales. Preforclosure.

I have a some money 20-30K to start out with.
Own my home. Not much equity. Good credit.
Looking to use OPM as much as possible.
Plenty of maintenace/remodeling experience.
I have plenty of time. I have a bit of education in RE.

I’ve got alot of notice of default from county, sent out letters and now I’m waiting. I will place some adds in the paper.

This is a question for you old timers or PROS.
Knowing a bit about my situation.
Knowing what you know now would you start in short sales or would you go in to another direction.

Please advise.
