I just got a new contract !
This house is very nice. The parents passed and they kids fixed it up to get it ready to sell. They did a lot of good work, but didn’t update kitchen or carpets.
They paid 300 got an appraisal for $93k as is. I have the contract for $57k
They had a lot of realtors trying to sell it but they didn’t want the headache.
Should I get a realtor to find me a Cash buyer for 80K or just find a rehab investor and sell it for 65K?
What’s the good, bad and ugly of doing it each way?
