New Business line of Credit w/o personal guarantee?

Forming LLC, which banks issue new businesses, business credit cards or lines of credit to build business credit, without personal guarantee? Thank you for any help available. ???

Get a small (1k) bank loan. pay it back. lather, rinse, repeat.

Lowes will usually open a business LOC for the LLC. Talk with the manager & tell him you’re going to buy all of your materials from him and you might even get a discount.

I have a lender who will do a refi into the LLC if the property is cash flowing. 20% down, though.

Until the LLC has a credit history, as a general rule, you will have to personally guarantee any credit extended to the LLC. Even though you give your personal guarantee, the credit is extended to the LLC and will not show up on your personal credit report.

I’m sure that some banks are more open minded to lending to new businesses. Can anyone share which banks they have had success with?

The last post in this thread was from 3.5 yrs ago. TONS of things have changed since then. Days of easy money are over. If you’re just starting out, you’d better have some really strong financials and have money to put into the deal if you want to have a new business.
