Hello Everyone, What luck! I have found two investors and I don’t have my training information yet. I need someone to mentor me a little. Anyone interested? I also have questions:
Do I give out the address of the properties when the investor is making their decision? Couldn’t they close the deal without me with that information available? How do I guarantee that I will be paid? Should I set up an agreement about my fee with the investor first?
As you can see, I need help badly.
