I found this new free site that allows you to search craigslist in a really cool way.
You can search in a mile radius, with certain words, minus certain words and a few other advanced search criteria
I have been using it to find sellers for lease options. You could use it in many other ways as well. I don’t know if I can post the link but here it goes because it doesn’t sell anything, its free, and it actually works so I think it adds value to the group. You can check it at searchtempest.com
