I have this possible deal, this single mom who can’t afford her home that she has been living in for less than a years wants out before it forclosure happens. she owes about 250,000 but the houses in the neighbor hood run somewhere near 280,000 for 3 bedrooms but she has 5 bed rooms and a office.
